Essex Tower 1

In November of 2019, we fully refurbished Essex’s 1996 Sutphen Tower.

We Replaced the old Detroit 8V92, with a Detroit Series 60. We also replaced the old HT740 Transmission with an Allison HD4060. We replaced all the exterior and compartment lighting, and completely rebuilt the Tower. Including Slides, Cables, Controls, Collector, and Wiring. We upgraded the Interior, upgraded the HVAC Controls, upgraded all the Pump Controls to electronic. Check out the project photos below:
